This is his "I rock" icon. He's sort of been smacked down by Syd just a second before, verbally, but she's still doing exactly what he told her to, and he's advancing his plan perfectly on schedule. He's just smug. And young. And pleased. And therefore it's the "I rock."
Heh. He's taunting Vaughn! With slashy overtones! Because, seriously, they taunt a lot and all that rage would be really pretty if they took it in other directions. But his occasional flirting? Pisses Vaughn off more. So. It's his taunting Vaughn icon. He taunts. It's his thing.
He's just kidnapped the director's daughter and is about to put a collar with poison in it on her to make his escape after trading her back. But it's not personal. It's just business. That's true for most of what he does, really. He very rarely takes things out with personal grudges. He even left his father alone until he needed something from him. Then, of course, he tortured him horribly, but, you know. He had to for his bosses. That he enjoyed it was a bonus. Usually, when he does something dastardly, it really is just business, so that's what this icon is for.
This is his cornered/trapped icon. The text is "You are watching me" and the cap is from when he was being held by the CIA, but generally I end up using it for anytime he's feeling scrutinized, watched, trapped, and isn't planning of giving shit up at all.

But it generally gets used whenever he's heavily flirting, esp for something kinky, or, occasionally, even just lightly flirting with Syd.
